He is survived by: his parents, Linda Jo Phillips (Urice) of Geronimo and Chester Phillips; his sister Dawna Schettler (Greg); his children, Jordan Renegar (Madison) and Blazey Urbina of Walters; and his granddaughter Teagan Renegar of Geronimo.
