He is survived by: his children, Nicole Jacobs (Jason), Marina Vazquez (Leo), John Arthur Lewis, Amber Earp and Tara Gibson; his siblings, Shirley Rowland (Jasper), Charles Lewis and Sherry Phillips (Mike); his grandchildren, Gage Ryans (Sarah), Julian Perry, Jadeyn Perry, Josey Perry, Baylee Moe, Grace Lewis, Arianna Reed, Ariella Reed, Jessie Reed and Emma Gibson; and his great grandchildren, Jolene Ryans and Creed Ryans. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
