She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas M. Poweshiek and Ruth Poweshiek (Moore); her husband Walter Kerchee, Jr.; her daughters, Ruth Kerchee, Sunny Knox and Peggy Nahno-Kerchee; her siblings, Vernon Poweshiek, Edgar Poweshiek, Richard Poweshiek and Gloria Grant; and her son-in-law Otto Tonips.
She is survived by: her children, Sallie Tonips of Cyril, OK, Sandy Clah (Herbert) of New Mexico, Royal Nahno-Kerchee (Teri) of Iowa and Wynema Riley (Michael) of Geronimo, OK; and her son-in-law Daries Knox. She is also survived by her grandchildren; her great grandchildren and many other loving family members.
