He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Horn of Conway Arkansas and Stephanie Goodwin (Tim) of Conway Arkansas; his grandchildren, Gage, Lauren, Cooper, Ella, Jacob and Kaylee; his siblings, David Holbrook (Linda) of Perkins, Judith Haney of Cumming, GA and Karen Dopkin (Joe) of Katy, TX; his close friend Michael Hall (Jessica); his pets, Charlie and Sam; Natalee, Kaylie, Makynzie and Charlotte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
