He is survived by: his children, Brad Sumter (Terri) of Claremore, Scott Sumter of Glencoe, Tom Sumter (Tana) of Bull Shoals and Kim Fraizer (Mark) of Tonkawa; and his brother Fred Sumter (Gwen) of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
