He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Roe and Betty Roe (Dawson); his daughter Tina Roe; and his close friend Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Lowe; his son Brian Roe (Penny); his grandchildren, Patrick Gordan, Chelsie Hayworth, Tanner Matthews and Tyler Taylor (Brentlee); his great grandchildren, Tinsley Hayworth and Gus Hayworth; and his brothers, Glen Roe (Julie) and Rick Roe. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
He was not only generous in life, but also in death as he donated his brain to The Parkinson's Foundation.
