He was predeceased by: his parents, Laddie Sumter Sr. and Vera Sumter (Peugh); his sister Shawn Campbell; and his uncle Delbert Sumter (Ben Whitehill). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sumter (Eastham); his children, Annie Tidmore (Ian), Riley Sumter, Josh Baker (Alesha) and Jerrad Baker (Crystal); his grandchildren, Jordan Baker, Bradley Tidmore, Ethan Tidmore of Thursday Tidmore, T. J, Taylor, Emily Baker, Jay Baker and Avery Baker; and his siblings, Kelli Jones (W. C.), Debbie Simpson (Steve), Carla Macias, Dirk Sumter (Kathy) and Gary DeWolf (Linda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and countless friends, extended family.
