He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrle Calmus and Pauline Calmus (Roberson). He is survived by: his wife Linda Calmus; his children, Lance (Dawn), Richie (Amy), Mandy and Rocky (Teri); and his siblings, Richard Lee Calmus and Paula Meinzer (Gary). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
