She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Alvin and Leona Pearl Jernigan Bucknam; her son Delbert Eugene McCullough; her former life partner Hurshel Ryburn McCullough; her husband Arlie E. Isley; her sister Geraldine Bucknam Clark; her granddaughter Kristen McCullough Bunce; and her great grandchild Thomas Speligene.
She is survived by : her children, Hurshel Ryburn McCullough Jr. (Jana McCullough) of Oklahoma and Kelly Isley Benjes (Skip Benjes) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Jaime McCullough Speligene (Phillip Speligene) of Georgia, Linzie McCullough of Oklahoma, Doug Bunce of Oklahoma, Britt McCullough Hill (Jake Hill) of Oklahoma, Carson McCullough (Jordyn McCullough) of Oklahoma and Brody McCullough of Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Kauri, Parker, Jolie Bunce of Oklahoma, Mady, Lucie, Dustin Speligene of Georgia, Natalie and Ryburn Hill of Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
