She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Jewel (Goodwin) and William "Spencer" Nelson; her former husband James "Jim" Cook; her husband Lawrence "Larry" Wiley; her siblings, Tommy Nelson and Judith Nelson; her half-brothers, Charles, Bill and Henry Nelson; her grandson Goodwin; and her aunts and uncles, Sylvia, Johnny, Shorty, Pauline, Hershel and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy, Sheri, Sandi, Dena and Steven; her uncle Cecil Goodwin (Goodwin); and her cousin Nelson. She is also survived by her five children, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
