He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Gerard Walsh; his stepfather Wilbur Blackwell; his children, Carolyn, David, Brian, Paul, John, Nehemiah (Alexander) and Daniel Blackwell (Michelle); his grandchildren, Cayden and Malachi of La Junta, CO.; his children, Arden of Tulsa, OK. and Michelle Blackwell; his grandchild Peyton Taylor of Tulsa, OK.; his son Samuel Blackwell of Jacksonville, FL.; the mother of his children Carolyn Blackwell (Outlaw) of Tulsa, OK.; his mother Judy Fleming of Kingston, TN.; his siblings, John Blackwell (Lynn) of Green Lane, PA. and Cat Blackwell of Kingston, TN.; his uncle John Rowe of Colorado Springs, CO; his daughter Deborah Joy; his brother Stephen; and his aunt Mary. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
During the pandemic in 2020 he fulfilled a lifelong dream to return to the Florida Keys.
