Halowell; his children, Tammy Montesanto (Carmen), Tom Halowell Jr. (Theresa) and Tim Halowell (Sharon); his grandsons, Jeremy, Josh, Tanner, Trevor and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Logyn, Lemry and Landon; and his siblings, Joanne Johnson, Sarah Halowell and Johnny Halowell. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
