He is survived by: his wife Eva Edwards; his children, Rebecca Ann and Samuel Guy; his sister Dorothy Crume-Jones of Harrah, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Shirley Hagar of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his daughter Cleota "Cappy" (Cappy); and his children-in-law, Steve Harris of Cassville, Missouri, Lee Goad of Denton, Texas and Erica Hagar of Guthrie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
