He is survived by: his wife Melinda Simpson of Golden, Oklahoma; his children, Charles (Ashley Simpson), Bud (Shannel Simpson), Billy Simpson of Golden, Oklahoma, Linda (Bruce Noah) and LaDonna (Daniel Battiest); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Simpson and Andrew; his great grandchild Alexia; his grandchildren, Charlie Jr., Bentley, Gavin, Mason, David, Adam, Kenan, Paizley, Nevaeh, Brayson, Harrison, Kadence and Cavan; his sisters-in-law, Bertha Going and Martha Carterby; his nephews, Cris Carterby, Isaac Going, John Going and Kevin Carterby; and his close friends, Roger Wesley, Wes Tisho, Alfred Crosby and Bobby Drinnon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
