She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Chase and Eva Chase (Helton); her husband Richard Severin; and her brothers, Lewis and David Chase.
She is survived by: her brother John Chase (Zenda) of Choctaw; and her brother-in-law Frank Severin (Cheryl). She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles.
