He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Garrison and Eddie Mae Garrison (Nation); his wife Lena Thomas; his daughter Teresa Jane; his grandson Ryan Garrison; and his children-in-law, Cindy Garrison and Jimmy Don Blackburn.
He is survived by: his children, Diana (Roger Ellis) and Charles Garrison; and his grandchildren, Brittany Powell (Chase), Sean Garrison (Ashley) and Heather Garrison. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
