He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Lewis (Katy Farmer) of Waurika, OK; his siblings, Jerry Rodgers of Grandfield, OK and Wanell Potts of Duncan, OK; and his grandchildren, Brett Lewis, Ivory Lewis, Charlie Lewis, Jr. and Kelley Rodgers. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
