She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurman Brown and Will Ella Brown (Follis). She is survived by: her husband David Washington; her children, Charles Blalock of Attwood and Tracey Cousins of Fairland; her siblings, Katheryn Speer of Wyandotte, David Brown of Grove, Roxanna Henson of Fairland, Buddy Brown of Vinita and Gale; her grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Josh and Sam; and her great grandchildren, Allan, Owen, Daniel, Tristan, Aiden, Adrian, Ava, Carter, Emmerson and Madison.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service (5 B St NW, Miami, OK 74354). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
