She is survived by: her mother Bonnie Ponder Baty of Kansas; her stepfather Charles Baty; her sons, David Joe Layton of Fairfield, Nicholas Leon Layton of Vinita and Jesse Richard Lynn Woods of Rochester, Minnesota; her sisters, Virginia Honeycutt Mathews of Park Hill and Flossie Hittle of Kansas, Oklahoma.; her uncle James Orville Ponder of Kellyville, Oklahoma; and her aunts, Freda Ponder Seely of Big Cabin, Evelyn Ponder Byrd of Sapulpa, Betty Ponder Jones of Big Cabin, Oklahoma. and Bertha Ponder Tiller of Big Cabin, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by extended family—nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins.
