With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward L. Bowman of Grove, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 9, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin Bowman and Mabel Bowman (Bocox); his wife Gaynell O'Connor; his children, Brandon Dean (Heather) of Monkey Island and Shawna Reininger (Henry) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his brother Dale Bowman (Verna) of Des Moines; and his nieces, Heather Lynn Bowman of Des Moines and Brittany Dawn Bowman (Mindy) of Omaha.
