He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Nuckolls and Catherine Nuckolls (Pipkin); and his sister Judy Proctor. He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Nuckolls of Tahlequah, OK, Nina Moman (Reece) of Grove, OK and Cathy Turner of Virginia. He is also survived by his family, friends.
