He was predeceased by: his parent Delvin Howard (Midori); and his brother Steve Howard. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Howard; his children, Jason Howard and Tabitha Garza (James); his grandchildren, Tre', Racquel Howard, Hazel and Amaya Garza; and his siblings, Jim Howard (Liz), Tom Howard, Tammy Adour, Linda Antle (Gary) and Dora Mae Johnson (Grant). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
