He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon J. Bell and Ireta Mae Bell (Otto); and his sister Peggy Jo Darr (Gene). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Bell (Wilson); and his children, Becky Donaldson (Charlie) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Michael S. Bell (Kelli Enis) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
