Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paten Shepard and Bernita Shepard (Morrison); her husband Howard Kissel; and her grandson Weston Kissel. She is survived by: her children, Willard Kissel (Cynthia) of Manchester, TN and Julia Reiling (Jim) of Grove, OK; her sister Dorothy Krebs of Gold Hill, OR; her granddaughter Ragan Osborne (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Scarlett Osborne and Stella Osborne. She is also survived by several loving step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
