It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Elaine Seeton of Grove, Oklahoma, born in Walters, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Cedar Seeton; her parents, Ruth Ellen Rogers and John Manor; her son Stephen Lyle James; and her brother John Manor, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Anthony James (Rhonda) of Phoenix and Tonya Martin of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Mandy Brown (Richard Tankersley) of Tulsa and Ian James (Genese) of Baumholder; her great grandchildren, Tyler Brown (Ronne) of Tulsa and Madalynn Kemp of Tulsa; and her great great grandchild Paityn Brown of Tulsa.
