He is survived by: his wife Deanna Arthur; his children, Travis Downing (Niesa) of Pryor, Erica Guinn (Michael) of Pryor and Delbert Lynch; his grandchildren, Joshua Dilbeck, Lacey Stewart, Jaden Guinn, Makynlee Guinn, Trevyn Downing, Tegann Downing and Zander Downing; and his siblings, Glenda Mae Woods, Russ Woods and Deana Woods.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service (5 B St NW, Miami, OK 74354). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glen-Abbey Memorial Garden (58915 E 100 Rd, Miami, OK 74355).
