He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sala and Ellamae Sala (Morris); his children, Ricky Sala, Jr. and Shannon Ray; and his brother Larry Sala.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Sala; his children, Amy Burrell (James) of Grove, Chirstopher Sala (Josie) of Joplin and Summer Kennedy (Lenny Marsh) of Grove, OK.; and his brother Ron Sala. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
