He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Robbins and Violet Robbins (Day); and his brother Fred Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Rogene Robbins; his sister Jo Ann Empson of Lee Summit, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Carol Robbins of Arizona.
