He is survived by: his parents, James Everitt and Deanna Everitt (Cromer); his siblings, C. Lynne Ponko (Tom) and Roger Everitt; his stepchildren, Chad Miller, Brad Miller, Tonya Miller and Micheal Miller; and his siblings' children, Shannon Decker, Kim Black and Jeffrey Ponko. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
