He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Lynn Keith of Chetopa, Kansas; his nephews, Trevor and Liam Keith; his grandmother Brenda Keith; his brothers, Shaun Keith and Colton Keith; his great-aunt Lisa Morris of Salina, Oklahoma; his aunt Nicole Keith; his uncle Broc Koshko of Schell City, Missouri; and his cousins, Derek Keith, Ashlee Keith and Brooklyn Keith of Schell City, Missouri.
