He is survived by: his children, Steve Lamphear (Susan) of Grove, OK, Vickie Larson (Steve) of Colorado Springs, CO, Susan Safranek of Cocoa, FL, Bonnie Thomason of Missouri and Diane Hampton (Robert) of Zena, OK; and his granddaughter Christina Lamphear of Miami, OK. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
