She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion Spears and Leona Spears (McDugle); her husband Frank; her son Jeremy Womack; her brothers, Wesley and Edward Spears; and her children-in-law, Paul Trent and Mischa Womack.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie Trent, Dellene Smedes (Mark), Denise O'Hagan (Pat), Denna Lay (Zeke), Dana Stout (Kenton), David Womack (Angela), Dianna Womack, Donella Mathew, Dee Dee Hightower (Scott), Lori Bauman (Jim) and Richard Womack; and her sister Joyce Collins. She is also survived by thirty-seven grandchildren, fifty-four great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren.
