Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Phillips and Juanita Phillips of Guthrie; his sister Mary Lou Welch of Guthrie; and his stepdaughter Wanetta Lynn Bostwick of Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Phillips (Martin); and his children, Charles Andrew Phillips (June) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Julie Christy (David) of Guthrie and Cindy Smith (Johnny) of Edmond, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
