He was predeceased by : his parents, Martha Laura Biggs (Daniels) of Guthrie and JB Biggs (Tom) of Lincoln, Nebraska.; and his wife Evelyn Biggs. He is survived by : his sisters, Clarice and Laura of Missouri. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, many great and great, great nieces and nephews.
