He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Wanda Jean Vreeland (Gunter); his brother Roy; and his granddaughter Madeleine. He is survived by: his sons, John Christopher (Shannon), Daniel Aaron (Sarah) and Seth Andrew (Kathy); his wife Karen Jeanette Vandever; his grandchildren, Danny (Julissa), Theodore, Seth (Mikayla), Chris (Kendra), Shelby, Sharon (Blake), Katie (Kenny), Hannah and Isabella; his sisters, Phyllis (Tom) and Pat (Ed); his aunt Linda; and his pet Bubba. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
