He is survived by: his wife Jean Lacina; his children, Douglas Lee Lacina (Jean Vanise), Debra Jean Weinbel (Cory) and Donald Scott Lacina (Susan); and his sister Joyce Lacina Stem. He is also survived by grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
