He is survived by: his son Jeff Winn; his grandson Daniel Winn; his son Brandon Winn (Jessica); his grandsons, Devin (Tori Winn), Dalton Winn (Jayci) and Leland Winn; his daughter Kristy Winn; his granddaughters, Kayla Hallowell (Austin) and Kylie Hillhouse; and his siblings, Betty Robertson (Andy), Mildred Tucker, Clovis (William), Cleota (Gerald Carter) and Norman Winn (Beverly). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
