He is survived by: his wife Lynda Gentry; his children, Melissa Phillips, Lissa Splawn (Mike Tallent) and Susan Cowans; and his siblings, Larry Cowans (Debby) and Rhonda Gomez. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
