He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Blair and Linnie Blair (Haymaker); his wife Patsy Blair; and his sister Illene Edwards. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Wayne Blair (Misty), Paula Watson (Kelley) and Gayla Grove (Justin). He is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (117 E Noble Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Church (122 W Seward Rd, Guthrie, OK 73044).
