He is survived by: his partner Devin Tyler of Guthrie; his siblings, Donnie Crabtree (Rhonda) of Edmond and Elizabeth Cook of Guthrie; his nieces, Tayler Cook and Mattyson Cook; and his pets, Dutchess, Duke and Charlie.
