She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Inskeep and Juanita Inskeep; her daughter Christine Coffman; her husband Floyd Coffman; her children, Melvin Beuchaw and Virginia Ballinger; and her siblings, Helen Henderson, Wanda Stutesman, Charles Inskeep, Jerry Inskeep and Ethel Wishon.
She is survived by: her son Floyd Coffman Jr. (Billie); her granddaughter Amber Medeiros (Zachary); her children, Amanda O'Connor (Austin), Autumn Hughes (Jacob) and Robert Coffman (Dana); her grandchild Ashley Provenzano (Vinny); her children, Kassidy Coffman and Cale Coffman (Cameron Duncan); her grandson Melvin; her sister Linda Malaska; Rebecca Long (David), Justin Beuchaw, Virginia, Heather Dudek (Scott), Terri Ballinger, Jerry Ballinger, Jimmy Lee Ballinger, Courtney Schopplein (Aaron), Jerri Cerna (Daniel Garrett) and Siera Cerna. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
