She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Simpson and Florence Simpson; her husband Paul Lee Williams; and her siblings, Wayne Simpson and Glenna Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Cleek (Keith); her granddaughter Tara Cleek; and her brother Richard Simpson.
Julie's family requests that donations be made in her memory to PROJECT RESCUE, an organization of the Assemblies of God that rescues girls in India who have been sold into prostitution. Donations may be made at PROJECT RESCUE in care of Spring Creek Assembly of God Church (1600 E. 15th St., Edmond, OK, 73013).
