It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Phillips of Guthrie, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Wesley Noble and Lucille Noble (Rhodes); her husband Horace Phillips; her brother-in-law Don McCaslin; and her niece Lauri Williams.

She is survived by : her sister Shirley McCaslin; her nephew Michael McCaslin (Janie McCaslin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica McCaslin, Ben McCaslin (Meredith), Lindsey Chaney (Dalton) and Ryan McCaslin (Kaycie); and also, Kaitlyn Sells, Sadie McCaslin, Lillie McCaslin, Charlotte McCaslin, Rowdy Fisher, Kolten Chaney, Parker Chaney and Breken Fisher.
