He is survived by : his parents, James Roy and Karen Faye Collins (Wells); his siblings, James Collins of Utah, Mike Strubar of Piedmont, OK, Natoma Weir of Guthrie, Tony Smith of Edmond and John Smith of Moore, OK.; his children, Ian Smith of Edmond, Lucas Smith of Edmond, Jorja Faye Smith of California and Mason Smith of Guthrie; and his grandchildren, Silas, Lorelei and Ajay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
