He is survived by: his mother Lucy Muthoni Kimani; his brother Eric Kimani of Kenya; his children, Alfredo Devon Christian Tapia, Isabella Gabrielle Ramirez (Tapia), Alyssa Jenae Kimani and Eric Kariuki Kimani; his daughter-in-law Tiffany; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Denise Tapia, Victoria Jo Renee Tapia, Alfredo Dewayne Christian Tapia, Damien Gabriel Tapia and Theodore Wyatt Louis Tapia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
