With sadness, we share the passing of Marlin Thomas of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Marlin, born on August 11, 1946, passed away on September 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Marlin for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Thomas and Alice Thomas; and his siblings, Virginia Dement, Budde Thomas, Arlan Thomas, Leona Castle and Joyce White.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Delanie Barrett (Rex) and Justin Thomas (Ashley Atchison); his grandchildren, Beaux Barrett (Callie) and Estella Barrett; and his sister Norma Bell (Douglas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frontline Church (1700 S Bryant Ave, Edmond, OK 73013).
