He was predeceased by: his parents, George Castoe and Sally Castoe; and his siblings, Don Castoe, Gretta Moore and Sally Lorene Cordell.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Castoe; his sons, Cory (Lauren Glenn) and Brandon Boling (Sarah); his grandchildren, Faith Lee, Elliott, Otto Castoe, Aidan, Susan Glenn, Logan, Evie and Ember Boling; and his daughter-in-law Scout Kim.
