Patricia Lynne (Mason) Blake-Werner, born on October 7, 1951 in Enid, Oklahoma, passed away on August 26, 2026. Patricia leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clark and Augusta Keepers; her father James Mason; and her stepfather Jose "Joe" Quintanilla. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Scott; her siblings, Debi Shire (Steve), Cindi Strickland, Chris Scott (Renee) and Melinda Fletchall; her daughters, Karen Fulkersin (Mike), Carla Blake Bowdler and Shirley Blake; her grandchildren, Nolan Sims, Mason Sims, Savana Blake, Seth Bowdler, Hayden Hall and Reeve Eisert; and her great grandchildren, Declan Sims and Boston Blake. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (735 S Santa Fe, Guthrie, OK 73044).
