Patty Lynn Hazlewood Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patty Lynn Hazlewood (Guthrie, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 4, 2026 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patty Lynn Hazlewood to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Patty is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Patty's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
In true Patty fashion, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to God's Food Bank in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
