He was predeceased by: his parents, Murry Carter Sr. and Barbara F. Hogg Carter; his wife Pamela Carter; his grandson Kenneth "Togga" Eugene Green III; and his siblings, Teanie Carter, Marie Swan, David Carter and Jamerson Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Teneah Knox, Travis Knox, Rhonda Williams and Re'ana Jones.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Community Funeral Home (1624 N Pine St, Guthrie, OK 73044). Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seward Memorial Cemetery (7734 S Broadway, Guthrie, OK 73044). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mineral Wells Park (819 S Division St, Guthrie, OK 73044).
